Neil Patrick Harris Has His Balls Hung
 Neil Patrick Harris has decked the halls! The 36-year-old actor decorated a humongous tree for the holidays and showed his work (love the Santa hat!) to his Twitter friends after a hectic trip back to NYC. “Holiday Airline Madness!” NPH tweeted on Sunday. “Flight to NY cancelled, mad dash to find seats in full planes. Feel like I’m on the Amazing Race. In the bad way.”

 The year 2009 was a banner one for fashion-forward music videos. The last 12 months have been dominated by aggressive, progressive, unbelievably stylish divas, hipsters, rappers, glam rockers and rebels. From Mugglenet.com respectively and Snitchseeker.com,  Warner Brothers has released a list of Deathly Hallows - Part 1 cast members in a 2010 Preview Kit for members of the press. There are several new-to-Potter cast members listed who we've confirmed over the past year, including Bill Nighy (Scrimgeour), Rhys Ifans (Xenophilius), Ciaran Hinds (Aberforth), Jamie Campbell-Bower (Grindelwald), and David O'Hara (Runcorn). But, we did notice one actress who we thought may not come back.  Miranda Richardson, known to Potter fans for her role as Rita Skeeter in Goblet of Fire, will be in Deathly Hallows. She had made some (quite frankly) strange remarks about returning for future Potter films during Goblet of Fire's New York premiere in November 2005: "Why aren't I coming back? I don't know. Partly because it's always nice to see new people. And also because they'll have a different angle on the story. It's never going to be the book on film exactly. The book is one thing, the film is another. They'll take certain aspects from the book and, you know, make it something that they hope will be commercial and people will want to see." With, let's say, 140% of the vote reporting, we are deeply ashamed to announce that Girls Gone Wild impresario Joe Francis is Gawker's Douche of the Decade. Joe Francis got his start selling Faces of Death-style cheapo death-and-violence videos on late-night TV. After he found that licensing Mardi Gras footage proved even more popular, and perhaps easier to self-produce, he set about creating an empire of intoxicated ambiguously consensual exploitation. Via Vanessa Grigoriadis' 2002 profile, witness the mind of Francis at work: "More than anything else, Girls Gone Wild started off as a product of my sexual fantasy." Meaning? "Girls look really good from age eighteen to twenty-five," he says. "It's just a fact that that's the best time for girls. Afterward, things start to happen — bad things." Francis wondered how he could market such a concept. On a plane one day, he took out a legal pad and wrote down titles: "College Women." "Girls Gone Crazy." Then he wrote, "College Girls Gone Wild," thought about it for a minute and put a big X through the word college. And he quickly became a terribly rich and successful douche—which may have given him a leg up on the douches in the poll who are kings of the world only in their own shriveled minds and blackened hearts. But this coked-out amoral direct-marketer (and rapist!) is basically a zillionaire, various tax liens against him notwithstanding. Kidnapping and non-penetrative dildo-menacing were not enough to stop the man who declared that he'd been "anally raped over and over by the media" shortly after literally assaulting a female reporter assigned to profile him. He palled around with our more tragic and douchey celebs. We had a shot at putting him in jail for good, but the hundreds of hours of underaged porn from his homes and plane was seized without proper search warrants. Problems—both legal and civil—actually piled up for Francis as the decade went on, but the fact remains that he continues to be rich, famous, douchey, and ever more loathsome by the hour. Lee Na Young @ "Happy Change” Press Conference
Lee Na-young joined Emma Watson, Victoria Beckham and Gwyneth Paltrow in the front row of the Burberry Prorsum Spring 2010 presentation back in September. It looks like she took a lot of notes, because she copied the runway look from iron straight, central parted hair to the nude platform heels which she wore to the press conference for her new film, “Happy Change.” As much as I love the heels, the textured coat dress is absolutely stunning. Brittany Murphy's Music to be Released After Her Death?
Brittany Murphy's music may be released now after her death according to some music executives that want to release some previously unreleased songs made by Brittany Murphy. Three years ago, Brittany Muphy had a pretty successful song with Paul Oakenfeld called Faster Kill Pussycat, and she also sang covers of Somebody to Love, and Boogie Wonderland from the 2006 film Happy Feet. Sources told the E! Online reporter that music executives are digging to see what else they can find. "Obviously this isn't a Michael Jackson thing, but people are definitely interested in Brittany and her story," one executive tells me. "Depending on what she may have recorded and what kind of quality it is, she could end up having a hit song or two." in the early 90s, which she formed with 24 star Eric Balfour.

Here's the trailer for director Kevin Smith's new flick, "Cop Out" (formerly titled "A Couple of Dicks"). The movie stars Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan as longtime NYPD partners who find themselves up against a merciless, memorabilia-obsessed gangster while on the trail of a stolen, rare, mint-condition baseball card. Jimmy (Willis) is the veteran detective whose missing collectible is his only hope to pay for his daughter's upcoming wedding, and Paul (Morgan) is his "partner-against-crime" whose preoccupation with his wife's alleged infidelity makes it hard for him to keep his eye on the ball. Justin Bieber on MuchMusic
 Justin Bieber sweetly serenades fan Amanda Lin as he performs on MuchMusic in Toronto on Tuesday evening (December 22).
The 15-year-old musician has been one busy bee this past week. Justin performed with Jasmine earlier in the week in Florida before jetting off to Tulsa for another concert.
After his performance on MuchMusic, Justin arrived back at his hotel to awaiting fans and Christmas gifts!

U2 to release ~limited edition~ remix album.
U2 will release Artificial Horizon, a limited edition remix album containing some previously unreleased material, in 2010. The album will be available to those joining the band's official fan club.
The band's website says the album will be "mailed to qualifying subscribers" beginning in late January. No official track list has been announced, but the 13-song album includes Jacknife Lee's remix of "Fast Cars," David Holmes' remix of "Beautiful Day," the Fish Out Of Water mix of "Get On Your Boots," a Grand Jury Mix of "If God Will Send His Angels" and Trent Reznor's remix of "Vertigo."

Alecia Moore and Carey Hart
Pink gives hubby Carey Hart a hug as they grab lunch in Los Angeles on Tuesday (December 22).
The 30-year-old rocker and Carey were affectionate and smiling as they went out for sushi together.
Pink finished up her Funhouse tour on Sunday (December 20) in Germany and had a guest on stage that she didn’t expect…
Carey went onstage during “So What” in place of a dancer who has his clothes ripped off! “I just got ripped down to my underwear on stage in front of 15k people! Ahhhh, it was worth the look on her face!” he tweeted.
